The numbers look out of date
Changes in QuickBooks come in every hour from 7 am to 11 pm. An admin can see when data was last brought up to date on the QuickBooks page.
QuickBooks says it is disconnected
An admin can connect it again from the QuickBooks page. Nothing in QuickBooks is changed by disconnecting or connecting.
